-    Since our productivity and ranking dropped somewhat to a level that we are not accustomed to we took it upon ourselves to do the following:-

            -    to at all times try to sit together as a team so that we can motivate one another and keep tabs on each other in a friendly manner.

            -    we also decided to make a concerted effort to make up for time lost due to sick days and to work a little extra to boost stats ( nothing overbearing)

            -    seeing that vodacom does not seem to want to cater for the social needs of their employees, we decided to arrange or own events at our own costs as often as possible.
